Shipping to U.A.E.
  • Same-day AED 37 up to 5 kg - Orders placed before 2pm, except Sundays and Dubai only
  • Standard / Next day AED 22 up to 5 kg - 2 - 3 days, except Sundays

Shipment to GCC, Europe, USA

  • Standard AED 92

All orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days, subject to availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact info@bloomykidsco.com.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and/or public holidays.

All refused packages will be returned to our warehouse and processed for a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

National shipping notice

Please note that transit times are provided by the carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed. Bloomy Kids is not responsible for lost, damaged or refused packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

International shipping notice

International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, or any other external carrier relevant to the destination. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. We have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict them. Please contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivered to a freight forwarder to international destinations. Bloomy Kids will not provide services or products to any country sanctioned by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) in accordance with United Arab Emirates law. Multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple entries on the cardholder's monthly statement.

Returns & Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors or perfumes, scratches, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt of your package. All returned items must be in "saleable condition". All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer's labels attached.

Swimwear must be returned with all tags and sanitary lining attached. Please try on garments over underwear.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@bloomykidsco.com.
