Shipping costs are calculated at the time of payment.

Deliveries to the United Arab Emirates

* Standard delivery - 1 to 2 days 

* 4h delivery - (before 4pm)

Deliveries in France

* Delivery in Relay Point - 3 to 4 working days
You choose your nearest relay point when you confirm your order. Your parcel will be held for you for 7 to 8 days at relay points or post offices, and for 3 days at pick-up stations.

* Standard delivery - 2 to 3 working days

They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature.* * Express delivery - Next day for all orders placed before 1pm.

 They are shipped via Chronopost with a tracking number.

International deliveries

For deliveries to other countries, please contact customer service by email at hello@bloomykidsco.com.

Deliveries within the EU

* Standard delivery - 7 to 8 working days

They are shipped via Colissimo Expert Monde with a tracking number and delivered without signature.

Returns & Refunds

You have 15 days after receipt of your order to return it to us.
 

* Write to us at contact@bloomykidsco.com to inform us of your wish to return, indicating: order number, product name and reason for return.

* Return the carpet intact and unused in its original packaging and send it to the address we will give you in the email (you will be responsible for the return costs, which will be reimbursed if the product is defective).

* Return the garmentintact and unused in its original packaging (returns will be refused if the hangtag is removed from the garment) and send it to the address we will give you in the email (return costs are at your expense, they will be refunded if the product is defective).

* Upon receipt and validation of the return, we will reimburse you within 7 days.
